Nobel Oil Services is pleased to announce that PROKON LLC, its EPC subsidiary, is recognized as a “Transparent Tax Partner” by the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan Republic.
Establishment of the “Transparent tax partnership” practice is a brand new approach in order to deepen the partnership relations between the taxpayers and the tax authorities and embark on a totally new quality level. The system serves to work with disciplined taxpayers first. The benefits of this system include shortened time response to the taxpayer’s request, cooperation with taxpayer to remove any inconsistencies in declarations, provision of targeted services, etc.
Taxpayers shall meet a number of criteria to gain the “Transparent Tax Partner” status. Such taxpayers shall firstly file their tax reports and pay their taxes in full and in a timely manner, properly state the employee numbers and their salaries, possess secure e-signature, hold their accounting in line with international and local accounting standards. The taxpayers shall not make any transactions with taxpayers at risk and shall not be the taxpayer which was under economic criminal prosecution during last 3 years.
PROKON LLC was established as a construction & project management subsidiary in 2012. Most recent projects of PROKON LLC include construction of SOCAR Ammonia & Urea Plant, tank erection works, etc.

PROKON LLC was founded in 2012 by Nobel Oil Services by expanding a business unit with proven construction expertise in a specialised Construction and Project Management entity, ensuring management of integrated infrastructure, plants and facilities construction processes from design adaptation to procurement and construction.
PROKON LLC is one of a few local construction companies capable to deliver large-scale downstream facilities in the country. One of its main projects is the construction of Ammonia and Urea Complex in the area of 39.27 ha in Sumgayit, Azerbaijan with involvement of nearly 2500-3500 staff from various disciplines. To deliver services of superior quality PROKON LLC developed Integrated Management System and obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications from DNV GL, an internationally recognized certification agency. Within 5 years PROKON got through more than 7 external audits by DNV GL. The certifications qualify PROKON LLC to render Procurement services as well as Management of Engineering, Construction projects for the Oil & Gas and Construction Industries.
PROKON LLC is certified by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan for installation and operation of liquid and natural gas facilities. The company also holds the perpetual licence on provision of construction and installation works of buildings and structures awarded by the Ministry of Economy of the Azerbaijan Republic.
