PROKON was delighted to receive an award from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population for being the most active social partner in the private sector in supporting the employment of martyrs' family members.
During a special ceremony organized by the Ministry and attended by a group of high-level government officials, PROKON's Deputy General Director, Ariz Huseynov, received the meaningful award from the Minister, Mr. Sahil Babayev.
Since 2017, PROKON has been working closely with the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. The main focus areas within this framework have been the employment of vulnerable people, as well as those experiencing difficulties in finding employment.
Within the partnership framework with the State Employment Agency, PROKON has allocated about 50 positions to support the employment of parents raising children who require special care, people with disabilities, including parents of children under the age of 18 with disabilities, as well as veterans, members of martyrs' families, and internally displaced people (until 2021).
As a proud corporate citizen, PROKON will continue to support initiatives aimed at improving employment opportunities for vulnerable people in Azerbaijan.
