Critical Storage Tanks - U-82 Area (VGO and VR Tanks) / EPC

Engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, and handover of new storage facilities in HAOR Unit 82. The facility includes two fixed-roof vacuum gasoil (VGO) tanks, each with a net working capacity of 10,000 m³, and four fixed-roof vacuum residue (VR) tanks, each with a net working capacity of 5,000 m³. The scope also includes nitrogen blanketing, heating and insulation as required, a closed drain drum with associated pumps and ejectors, an LP steam condensate drum and pumps, process and utility piping, tie-ins to existing refinery systems, civil and structural works, electrical and instrumentation works, automation, fire and gas and firefighting systems, roads, drainage, commissioning, and final handover.
