The refinery revamp and upgrade project was undertaken to enhance the facility’s processing capacity to 7.5 MMTPA of crude oil, while ensuring that product quality and output meet the requirements of the revamped Azerkimya petrochemical complex and Euro V standards for automotive fuels.
