Prokon completes construction of a new modern school in Hokmeli settlement

Prokon has successfully completed the construction of a new, modern school in the Hokmeli settlement of the Absheron district. The project was financed by NEQSOL Holding as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy and long-term commitment to supporting the development of education in Azerbaijan.

The newly constructed school, officially opened on September 15, was built in compliance with international standards. Featuring 64 rooms, it can accommodate more than 1,200 students in a single shift (up to 2,400 in two shifts). The facility is equipped with technology and STEAM classrooms, laboratories, ICT rooms, a library, auditorium, sports facilities, and dedicated areas for inclusive education. 

Covering 1.8 hectares with a total construction area of over 12,500 square meters, the project also included football and basketball courts, a 440-meter running track, landscaped green zones, and critical infrastructure such as potable and fire-fighting water reservoirs, asphalted roads, and various auxiliary facilities.

The initiative showcases Prokon’s proven expertise in construction and infrastructure development, contributing meaningfully to the advancement of education and social progress in the country.
