The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be required to manage packages in a Detailed Design Team responsible for the production of technical documentation to high professional standards within challenging programs and budgets.
Vəzifələr
- 01Supervise and allocate work to engineers and designers
- 02Deliver the engineering scope to design budgets and programmes
- 03Support in Rotating and Static Equipment Packages including Nitrogen Generation, Instrument / Plant Air system, Compressors, Pressure vessels etc.
- 04Assist in Specifications, equipment data sheets, RFQ documents, Purchase Documents
- 05Supports all the bids received for Onshore/ Topsides Equipment / Packages from various suppliers, and prepare TQs, TBE, ensures selected vendors meet technical/engineering requirements
- 06Manages and coordinates reviewing drawings and documents from Vendor
- 07Support in meetings (Vendor & Internal), reviews progress and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues
- 08As required mobilised to construction site for interface engineering & site construction assistance engineering & site construction assistance
- 09Co-ordinate/liaise with other Engineering disciplines/client/package vendors
- 10Prepare, check and/or review design calculations, specifications, data sheets, reports, scope of work and drawings to International Standards and Codes of Practice
- 11Monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices and client standards
- 12Design input to 3D model
- 13Prepare Technical Analysis of proposals provided by equipment manufacturers and contractors
- 14Interpret vendor and other discipline drawings/information
- 15Attend and participate in risk reviews, planning reviews and model reviews
- 16Identify and raise scope changes
- 17Comply with Company Quality Manager Systems
- 18Report to Engineering Lead and Project Manager
- 19Other professional duties reasonably required
- 20Background in Greenfield Engineering / Chemical / Petrochemical Industries
Tələblər
- 5-10 years of professional experience in the design of Refining and Petrochemical industrial facilities
- Experience in FEED and detailed design; familiarity with conceptual design will be advantage
- Academic Education to Bachelor or equivalent level minimum in mechanical engineering
- Engineering from accredited University; Postgraduate degree will be an advantage
- Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical and Equipment Package Engineering
- Strong design and analytical skills with problem-solving ability
- Good verbal and written communication, report writing and presentation skills
- Familiar with International codes and standards, Company standards; API, ASME, ASTM, EN, BS, ISO, NFPA, NACE is preferred
