General information: The existing compressor station at Oil Rocks is designed to transport natural gas from Chirag and Gunashli fields to Bakhar field through a subsea pipeline. The booster compressor station #2 operated by 28 May Oil and Gas Production Division (OGDP) has twelve (12) T-4702 type gas turbine engine driven compressor units and auxiliary equipment.
Completion date: March 2010
Capacity of compressors: Maximum one compressor capacity - 1,8 million m3/day (20°C 1013 hPa); maximum two compressor capacity - 3,6 million m3/day (20°C 1013 hPa)
